We start by determining what you want to know and which research method that requires. This can be a qualitative or a quantitative research study, or a combination of both. Once we have established this, we then decide the key areas to be assessed. Questionnaires will be prepared and we start interviewing, often with state-of-the-art mobile survey computers.
